How long is processing?

 

Processing for items is 1-4 business days. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. 

 

What does it mean if my tracking number says “Pre Shipment”?

 

If your order still reads “Pre-Shipment” , that means your order is being prepared to be dropped off at the post office within the next few days or that your order has been dropped off at the post office and they are waiting to scan it in. If your order has stated “Pre-Shipment” for more than 4 weeks, please text us with your order number. 

How do I pay with Cashapp?

 

Screenshot your order and send it to our dm then give me your information Once I have viewed it You can send the payment to $Flawdajhitt1.We also accept other payments such as Venmo ,PayPal & Apple Pay 

 

Why does my order keep cancelling?

 

If you order keeps cancelling, it’s because our fraud system has detected your purchase as fraudulent. Please make sure your card information is correct before checking out.

How long does shipping take?

What happens if my order is stolen or lost?

 

If your order is stolen or lost please contact USPS. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. 

 

I did not get a confirmation email, what do I do? 

 

Please look in your spam folder for your confirmation email, it may be a chance that it was sent there. If you still can't find it, either you entered the wrong email address at checkout or your email is full and can not receive anymore emails.
