•Processing Time: this is often the time required to arrange your order. it should take up to 1-3 business processing days before shipping. Please remember that business days are Monday-Friday, and not on weekends !!

 

 

•Shipping Time: this is often the time required to deliver your order. Shipping Time depends on what you acquire. it'll take 3-5 business days for your order to arrive 2-3 if your order is priority mail .

 

 

•NO REFUNDS /EXCHANGES : Due to Covid-19 we cannot accept exchanges Effective MAY 26  2021, all orders will only be refunded through store credit. This goes for orders placed before / on / and after MAY 26 2021. This refund policy is available to anyone. Prior to MAY 26  2021, we had a NO REFUND policy. This is allowing us to give our customers a more understanding and fair choice. Anyone who asks for a refund after MAY 26 2021 will receive store credit.By purchasing from CLOUDEDPLUGS , you have agreed and complied to these terms. Again, if you purchased before 5.26 2021 , you agreed to the terms and conditions of no refunds / cancellations. So, if you ask for a refund after 5.26.2021 , store credit will be given. Store Credit can be used to purchase additional items , repurchase, or to gift to someone.

 

 

•Tracking Number: you'll receive a tracking number via email or text . you'll receive a tracking number  when your order has been shipped. tracking numbers could take 1-7 days to update. If you still haven’t received a tracking number after your processing time has expired,please then email me .

 

 

•Notice: Once we've shipped your order. we are not responsible for your item if it's lost, damaged or stolen . we use USPS shipping services, please contact them for that matter. Also, if your order must be reshipped due to you providing the wrong address, please know that you will have to pay the reship fee. The reship fee varies; it is usually around $4.00-11.00 USD.
